Playbox Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. . INTRODUCTION

   Kindly read these Promotion terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully. Your participation in this Promotion will constitute an  agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions set out herein. Should you  not agree with these Terms and Conditions, kindly refrain from participating in this Promotion.

   All Participants, for the term of this Promotion agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

2. . PROMOTION
   1. Promotion: 50% off Playbox packages sitewide.
   2. This Promotion shall be applicable to the monthly and annual subscription, and Coach Plan, in the following respects:
      • Monthly subscription: you will receive 50% off on the monthly subscription fee for a total of 12 months. 
      • Annual subscription: you will receive a once off 50% discount on the annual subscription fee.
      • Single Coach Series: you will receive 50% off each coach series for the promotional period.
   3. This Playbox Exclusive Launch Price Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised and conducted by Playbox, including their affiliates, partners, associations and agents (“Promoter”).
3. . PROMOTION PERIOD

   3.1. This Promotion will run from Friday, 1 July 2022 [00:00] to Sunday, 31 July 2022 [23:59].
   3.2. The duration of the Promotion may be amended, extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Promoter.
   3.3. Promotion is valid while stocks last.

4. . AGE
   1. Participants must be 18 (Eighteen) years or older (if under 18 (Eighteen) years old, you must be duly assisted by your legal guardian) and have a valid identity document or passport and be citizens of the Republic of South Africa and/or a legal resident of the aforesaid country.
5. . PROMOTIONAL OFFER

   5.1. The Promotion will afford the Participants to receive the Qualifying Product (a Playbox subscription of their choice) at the discounted prices (“Offer”).
   5.2. This Offer is not transferable nor may it be substituted, or redeemed for cash neither can the offer be assigned.
   5.3. This Promotion shall be offered to Participants online.

6. . PRIVACY
   1. In accordance with the confidentiality policies and practices of the Promoter, none of the entry details of any participant in this Promotion will be disclosed or used by the Promoter for any purposes other than for entry into the Promotion.
   2. By participating in the Promotion, the participants agree that the Promoter and its affiliates may contact the participants via email and through social media platforms to deliver marketing communications regarding their products and promotional activities, provided that the Participants are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving marketing communication at any time via the appropriate opt-out mechanisms provided by the Promoter for such purpose. The Promoter may also use the personal data collected from the participants as described in the Privacy Policy on the website and that such use may include transfers to the Promoter’s affiliates and third party service providers in any country. Details of participants will not be used by the Promoter for Playbox related communication should the participants opt-out to receive further communication from the Promoter.
7. . GENERAL
   1. Information regarding the Promotion that is published on authorized advertising material will also form part of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
   2. The Promoter’s may in their sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and such amendments shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on the Promoter’s website https://www.myplaybox.co.za/. The onus rests on the Participant to constantly check the website for updates to the terms and conditions.
   3. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate, subject to the approval of relevant regulatory authorities.
   4. Save as permitted by Law, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate this Promotion, without notice at any time, and such cancellation, suspension or termination shall be deemed to have taken effect from the date of publication on the Promoter’s website https://www.myplaybox.co.za/. No liability shall lie against the Promoter in favour of any Participant, Participant(s) and/ or third party arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination. Therefore the Participant waives his/her right which they may have against the Promoter and hereby acknowledge that they will have no right of recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against the Promoter.
   5. If a part of or an entire clause of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable:
      7.5.1. It will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible;
      7.5.2. It will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect.
   6. By signing up to this Promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will be interpreted by the Promoter and the Promoter’s decision regarding any issue with the Promotion will be final and binding.
   7. We reserve the right to limit promotion timeframes, this will be communicated via the website. .
   8. This Promotion is only valid and available from 1 to 31 July 2022, while promotional stocks last.
   9. Prices apply to South Africa only, and may vary in other regions.
   10. All prices include V.A.T and are correct at the time of going to press.
   11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, the Participant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless the Promoter, their associated, holding and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns from any and all claims or liability arising from participating in the Promotion, any Promotion-related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any product.
   12. The promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of incomplete or incorrect information provided.
   13. The South African law shall govern these Promotional terms and conditions and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
   14. By entering this Promotion, Participants agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions. A copy of the terms and conditions for this Promotion is available on the Playbox website (https://www.myplaybox.co.za/).
