- Playbox collects information about and via applications, browsers, and devices you use to access our services, the information we collect includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, and application version number.
- Playbox also collect information about the interaction of your applications, browsers, and devices with our services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time.
- This excludes such personal information such as:
- non-personal statistical information collected and compiled by us and information that you have provided voluntarily in an open, public environment or forum including (without limitation) any blog, chat room, community, classifieds, or discussion board. As the information has been disclosed in a public forum, it is no longer confidential and does not constitute personal information subject to protection under this policy.
- We will collect Personal Information from you when you register as a user and/ or visit our website.

- . REQUEST FOR THE DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1 At any time, you may request that Playbox delete your Personal Information from the mailing list and/or platform.
5.2. In order for your Personal Information to be deleted by Playbox, you will be required to send an email to [email protected] requesting the deletion.
5.3. Once Playbox has received your request, you will receive the following form to complete, in compliance with the POPI Act: “ FORM 2 Request for Correction or Deletion of Personal Information or Destroying or Deletion of Record of Personal Information in Terms of Section 24(1) of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013).”
5.4. Kindly ensure that you complete all information required on FORM 2 and send the completed FORM 2 to Playbox using the same email address as stated above.
5.5. Once Playbox has received the correctly completed FORM 2, your Personal Information shall be deleted within 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) working days.
5.6. Once your information has been deleted, you will receive confirmation that your Personal Information has been deleted. - . SENDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA
We may transfer certain Personal Information outside the geographic borders of South Africa to service providers for purposes set out above (How do we use your Personal Information?), including for data storage and backup purposes to ensure the integrity of our systems. When we transfer your Personal Information outside of the geographic borders of South Africa, we will ensure that we do so in accordance with the requirements for lawful transfer outside of South Africa as set out in POPI. By accessing and using our website, you consent to us transferring your Personal Information outside of South Africa as set out in POPI.
